We are up to date with the Workers Right Act 2019 and provide monthly payroll services by processing of salary allowances and other benefit as per PAYE guide and the latest regulations.
Payroll:
Calculate overtime for each employee according to the Workers’ Rights Act
- Generate monthly payroll computation based on individual amounts submitted by management
- Preparation in an excel sheet for approval of the overtime and any performance bonus for approval of directors
- Prepare employees’ pay slip in Payroll software
- Prepare and submit monthly NPS/CSG return
- Prepare and submit monthly PAYE return
- Prepare and submit monthly PRGF return
- Fill in cheque or make Bank transfer for employees
- Prepare yearly statement of emolument for each employee
- Prepare and submit yearly Return of Employee (ROE) to the Mauritius Revenue Authority(MRA)
- Register employee to Youth Empowerment Program (YEP)/Back to Work Program(BTW)
- Follow up for monthly claim of registered employee under YEP/BTW
- Other related work
